Castle Exterminators opened its doors in Durham in 2011, but that's not where the story starts. Between our lead exterminator Alex and the rest of our team, we bring 25+ years of combined pest control experience across North Carolina — long before the LLC paperwork was signed. Castle just gave us the chance to run the kind of company we'd always wanted to work for: one that picks up the phone, shows up when promised, and explains what's happening in plain English.
Fifteen years later, we're still family-owned, still based right here in Durham, and still answering our own phone. We've earned 5.0 stars on Google not because of slick marketing, but because every customer is a neighbor — and neighbors talk.
If a treatment doesn't work, we come back at no charge. If you have a question at 7pm, you'll usually still get a real person. That's just how we like to do it.
