We wanted to build the kind of company we'd want to call ourselves — one that picks up the phone, shows up when promised, and explains what's happening in plain English.
Eight years later, we're still family-owned, still based right here in Durham, and still answering our own phone. We've earned 5.0 stars across Google and Yelp not because of slick marketing, but because every customer is a neighbor — and neighbors talk.
If a treatment doesn't work, we come back at no charge. If you have a question at 7pm, you'll usually still get a real person. That's just how we like to do it.
